Quino será Doctor Honoris Causa de la Universidad Nacional de Cuyo Centro Universitario / Mendoza, Argentina).
Quino recibirá la máxima distinción de la Casa de Estudios el 13 de noviembre a las 12, en el Auditorio Luis Triviño del Bloque de Aulas comunes y tecnológicas de la Universidad, BACT. Es un premio por su aporte a la cultura mundial, su compromiso social y sus dotes de comunicador

Con este galardón, Quino se sumará a la lista de referentes de la cultura mendocina galardonados por la UNCUYO con el título de Doctor Honoris Causa junto con Liliana Bodoc, Julio LeParc y Antonio Di Benedetto.
